◆   109-1期中考試時間表 (含：考試日期、時間及教室)

請至以下網頁路徑查詢：元智首頁→行政單位→教務處→學生專區→學期考試→期中／期末考試時間表→1091期中考試時間表）

考試週之前，授課老師仍可能會調整考試日期/時間的安排，請務必密切留意系所公告，並隨時查看個人PORTAL è 考試課表

授課教師亦可自個人PORTAL查詢授課科目之排考資料：個人PORTAL è  教學檔案   è 考試課表

考試科目如有衝堂者(含系內或跨系之衝堂)，請務必於表訂受理時間內前往登記，以免影響應考權益。

◆   衝堂考登記：

受理登記日期：109/10/27(二)～10/29 (四)

登記時間：09:00~16:30

登記地點：跨系衝堂登記   ~~一館二樓R1210教務處課務組

學系內衝堂登記~~ 六館四樓R60404 李杏玉秘書（管院大學部辦公室）

◆ 注意事項：

1.衝堂登記前請先查明課號、班別、課名，以利申請作業，並請於規定期間內辦理，逾期恕不受理。

2.跨系衝堂考試登記前，請先確認衝堂科目是否有非筆試或照常上課的考試 (ex.上機考/聽力測驗/口試/繪圖/口頭報告)。

3. 學系衝堂請逕至R60404管院大學部辦公室登記，管院衝堂登記逾期須服勞動服務一次(三小時)，依延遲時間將加倍處罰。

4. 跨系衝堂考試教室：一館一樓1115R教室，管院衝堂考試教室：六館四樓60402R教室（管院大學部辦公室）。

◆  Before the exam week, instructors may change the date/time of the exam, please pay attention to the announcement by courses offering departments, and check your exam timetable at the portal at any time.

◆ Please review your exam schedule to ensure that there are no conflicts. If you find any conflicts , please file a request for changing in scheduled exam in advance and refer to the following details.  

 

Exam Conflicts cross Departments

u  When to file a request: OCT 27 ~ OCT 29, 2020

NOTE: YOUR REQUEST WON’T BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE.

u  Where to file a request：At the Curriculum Section, Office of Academic Affairs ( Room 1210, Building 1)

u  Information required for filing a request：course code, class, and course name.

u  Office Hours: 09:00~16:30

 

Exam Conflicts within One’s Own Department

u  When to file a request：OCT 27 ~ OCT 29, 2020

u  Where to file a request：Please contact your own department office(R60404) to file an exam conflict adjustment request.
