Accounting Student Association Seminar: Flap Your Wings for Your Dreams

The Accounting Student Association invited a well-known performing artist, Cheng-Hwei Huang, to offer a talk on “Flap Your Wings for Your Dreams”. Mr. Huang is a host for the Golden B Class, a famous TV show in Taiwan. He said that many people become aware that they haven’t accomplished anything right before their death and regret their lack of passion in their youth. Therefore, he wanted to share with everyone about his dreams. Mr. Huang said that the key to success is never give up. Everyone has their own specialty.

Yuan Ze University TYC Social Enterprise Industrial Innovation Program A Substantial and Splendid Result

The Youth Affairs Department of Taoyuan City Government held a Competition “TYC-Campus: Vision-Youth Creative Ideas on Social Enterprise” and its Award Ceremony at YZU. This is the performance exhibition of the project conducted by the Institute for Knowledge Service and Innovation from the College of Management at YZU. The Event attracted participants of 6 social enterprises and over 100 students.

The 4th Business Management Camp is organized by student representatives from College of Management. The camp targets high school students who are interested in studying business management as the main participants. Professors from College of Management are invited to offer interesting courses that encourage student engagement with interactive activities.

Meet the oldest university graduate: Tzu-Chang Chang (章子張), at age 86

More than 2500 graduates attend the graduation ceremony on June 13, including 28 students from China. Mr. Tzu-Chang Chang, at age 86, becomes a focus of all graduates. Zhang finishes his courses in College of Management and receives his Ph.D. degree.

The first YZUCMC camp of College of Management

The first YZUCMC Camp held in 2013 summer vacation is organized by student representatives of the College of Management. This four-day camp offers three themes of leadership learning: internationalization, case study, and multi-field issues conference. The camp has attracted a total number of 75 participants from high schools in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
