YZU EMBA Overseas Study Tour in the 2016 Winter Vacation

The EMBA program organized an overseas study tour to Beijing and Tienjin during the 2016 winter vacation. The aim of this study tour was to have an in-depth understanding of the relation of economic and trade across the Taiwan Strait. Students had field trips to large corporations, such as Want Want China Times Group, Ivy Academy in business education, and Tasly Pharmacy Group in Tienjin. .

School Visit at The Faculty of Business and Finance,Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, MY

The Faculty of Business and Finance (FBF) welcomed delegates from Taiwan’s Yuan Ze University (YZU) to the Kampar Campus on 13 July 2016 for collaborative opportunities. FBF Dean Dr Au Yong Hui Nee together with staff and students warmly received the delegates, consisting of Dr Li Hung Hui and Dr Wu Ruei-Shian from the College of Management and 22 of their undergraduate students.

Curriculum design is great , it is very fresh learning experience. Let me want to study Ph. degree in the U.S. Most of students have a lot of  work experience and experience of life. Thus, I expanded my social network in class discussions . Those friendship, wonderful journey and strong curriculum influence me to want to stay in the United States







Chiu Yen Ting ,Dual Degree at University of Queensland, AUS

We have a Orientation Week. Unlike Taiwan, there school offered many different training workshops for students to participate in activities. In this week, the most attracting thing is the" Market Day ", this day is all associations and manufacturers will stall in the school.








Huang Hsiao Chi ,Dual Degree at TiasNimbas Business School, NL

For business schools , the presentation is quite important. There are many presentation everyday. For each presentation, students only have ten to twenty minutes to prepare, so they have to be well-prepared in anytime.








2016 Oversea Study at Enwa Womans University, KR

Ewha Women‘s University is the first women university in Korea. Professor was introducing us to the South Korean companies, taking Samsung for example and have a chance to visit DAP company (DAP Co., Ltd) DAP is a Samsung mobile phone manufacturer dedicated printed circuit board factory , and it is also a global listed company.after that they also Visit KBS TV which is One of Korea's three major television stations, famous works include “Winter Sonata”, “Descendants of the sun”. Summer program at University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNMC)

Summer Program at the University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNMC) Opportunities to study and learn internationally open for all YZU students. EBBA students are offered with the opportunity to study overseas summering program to enhance their English abilities and to explore the world around them. For example, in the 2016 summer program, 13 students visited University of Nottingham in Malaysia (UNMC) to join the 15 day overseas courses, including Business Strategy, Globalization, Human Resource Management Practices, and Marketing in Asia.

College of Management offers summer study abroad program

To enhance students’ expertise in international management and working overseas, English Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) provides international exchange study programs in short-term and long-term basis. Those programs including studying abroad, visiting enterprises, and interacting with locals help students understanding the different culture and learning environment.

Students visited universities in S.Korea in exchange student program

College of Management offer students to visit universities overseas. In March, MBA students visited Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and the State University of New York, Korea (SUNY Korea) for exchange program, which allow students to study in a different culture and learn from the intensive program. YZU hopes students to find their career in multi-national enterprises.

“Dreams Come True” students explored Germany for a month
Yen Lin Chen

Aiming to become Taiwan’s first bilingual university and expand students’ international perspectives, YZU provides fellowships for advanced learning abroad. In addition to financially supporting students in studying at a foreign country, YZU expects students to undertake independent international travel and catch their dreams.

Alumnus from College of Management : persistently be himself
Magaro (MBA, International Business, 2006)

Alumnus of Master of International Business Management in Yuan Ze University, Magaro, is from Senegal and he chose to stay in Taiwan for work and life after his graduation because of his persistence. He worked very hard to strive for scholarship and working as a teaching assistant and joined Far Eastern International Bank after completing his degree. Now, he is a Marketing Executive at Acer Corporation and has been settled in Taiwan.

Transnational study without self-limitation.
Ching-Ching Cheng (MBA, Leadership, 2013)

Ching-Ching Cheng who is studying MBA in Leadership was born in Malaysia, and she left for Canada for education on her own when she was 18 years old. Afterwards, she worked at a local psychological counseling training center. After returning to Taiwan, she guide the students in Yuan Ze to conduct hippo therapy on disabled children and works as a Practice Manager at Crossroads Café, which is a bakery concerns about mentally disabled.
