Increases with information asymmetry in financial markets lead corporations become more and more difficult to manage their risks. This integrated project aims to investigate the reasons and factors inducing information asymmetry, risks perceived by the stakeholders, and how corporate manage their risks. This project includes 9 scholars to handle different sub-projects.

Added Value and Sustainability of Industries: Product and Service Innovation (2013)
The integrated research is based on the knowledge of service-dominant logic, new product/service development, service science, management, engineering and design, service blueprinting, strategic processes of service innovation, and consumer behavior. This project aims to establish a useful model for management of product and service innovation, and as a result the value of industries can be upgraded and firms’ competitive advantage can be sustainable. This project consists of 10 sub projects conducted by researchers with the rankings of assistant, associate, and full professors from three different disciplines, including International Business, Marketing, and Technology Management. Through this type of integrated project, CM faculty members enhance the richness of research at the university and pass on valuable research experience to junior faculty members.

The financial system and corporate behaviors becomes more and more intensively interacted and leads corporate investment and even financing decisions face with greater uncertainties under the economic environment. This integrated project aims to understand how the corporate decisions are affected by banking sectors and uncertainty of financial markets. international markets.
