Research Capacities－Faculty Grant Success

The College of Management has been recognized as one of the scholarly research powerhouses. After transforming our organizational structure, we reorganized our human resources and academic facilities as well as the units they belong to. We consider capability and expertise in specific fields of specialization when inviting faculty members into different disciplines. With the enthusiastic participation of our faculty, we expect to spur further academic dialogue on dynamic cooperation with different disciplines to produce relevant and rigorous research. Our faculty has published many excellent articles in top journals and received MOST(Ministry of Science and Technology) grants to pursue research projects, which in addition to expanding the existing knowledge and practice of management, will serve to broaden our academic reputation nationally and internationally.
