Tung-Shan Liao's research interests include complex systems, dynamic capabilities, knowledge management, and technology and innovation management. His current research examines how organizations generate, renew, govern, and attribute capabilities and knowledge amid sustainability transitions, technological change, digital transformation, and human–AI collaboration.
